Taxation

The two wholly-owned subsidiaries, New Lakeside Fruit Juice (Xuzhou) Co., Ltd and New Lakeside Fruit Juice (Yuncheng) Co., Ltd are exempted from income tax for the first 2 years commencing from the subsidiaries’ first profitable year of operations. The first profitable year for the both subsidiaries is in financial year 2006.
