Apple Juice Concentrate (AJC) is produced by evaporating fresh apple juice that is extracted from Fresh Apples.
Apple Juice Concentrate (AJC) used mainly in the production of packet juice beverage drinks and as an ingredient in products such as soft drinks, cider, yoghurt and candies.
Apple pomace animal feed is using the by-product generated from the production process of Apple Juice Concentrate (AJC). Its animal feed is mostly sold in China primarily to dairy farms as food supplement for livestock and to animal feed manufacturers as additives in their feed processing.

As Apple supply is seasonal in nature, there will be more Apples during the peak Apple harvesting months, typically from August to December, and lower quantities of Apples during the other harvesting months in the pressing seasons. From flowering to harvesting of Apples, it takes a period of 3 to 4 months.
