    Footnotes
    This announcement concerns change in the percentage level of direct interest of Madam Ho Kam Har. The percentage of issued share capital before the change is derived at 169,130,000 ordinary shares and after the change is derived at 252,880,000 ordinary shares.

    The increase in direct interest and deemed interest is arising from the allotment and issue of 83,750,000 new shares in the share capital of the Company equally to Madam Ho Kam Har and her spouse, Mr Go Twan Heng pursuant to and on completion of the Subscription Agreement dated 30 November 2006.

    Upon the issuance of new shares, Madam Ho Kam Har is deemed to be interested in the 95,230,000 shares held by New Lakeside Investment Ltd, 4,200,000 shares held by Kinley International Limited and 43,463,000 shares held by her spouse, Mr Go Twan Heng.
